Yes. Wherever possible, brokers will receive a notice when ARC forms need to be completed for their groups. Brokers with a mewa.io Broker Portal account can fill out the form on behalf of their groups. Additionally, there will be a button saying “request broker assistance” within the employer’s ARC form. Employers may click on the button, enter their broker email, and an email will be sent to their broker requesting help. All information that the employer has already filled will be saved, so the broker can continue from where the employer left off. The employer has the option to review any changes that the broker makes, or the broker may simply submit the form.
