Why was I not informed that one of my groups would be contacted?

Writing agents: In order for mewa.io to inform you that one of your groups will be contacted, you need to be listed as the writing agent with the carrier along with your correct email address. Please contact the carrier to ensure this is correct.

Team members: If you are a team member, and not the primary writing agent, it is possible you were not added by the primary writing agent. If you receive other notifications, you may have been added as team member to one writing agent’s account, but not another.
