What if employers or brokers do not reply to the ARC Form?

If the ARC form is not completed by the due date, the pre-filled data (as taken from Carrier data) will be used to prepare the IRS Form 5500. Failure to complete the ARC form will possibly lead to inaccuracies in the IRS Form 5500 filing.
